Is the QR code always the same on the machine?
No. Every charge generates a dynamic QR code, unique to that specific transaction, which makes every transaction traceable and secure.
Do my customers need the Mercado Pago app to pay?
No. The QR code DVEM generates is interoperable: under Argentina's Central Bank Transferencias 3.0 regulation, any digital wallet or banking app can scan it and pay, not just Mercado Pago. Your customers choose to pay with whichever wallet they prefer.
Where do I receive the money from sales?
DVEM currently operates with Mercado Pago, so payments are settled into the account defined for the operation, according to the wallet's settlement timeframes.
DVEM does not replace your collection account. It works as an integration layer between the machine and the available digital payment methods.
This lets you stop depending exclusively on tokens, coins, or bills, reduce the time spent on manual collection, and receive electronic payments in a simpler and more traceable way.
In the future, DVEM may add new wallets and payment methods, depending on what is available in each region.
Does DVEM handle the money from my sales?
No. DVEM does not hold or manage the money from your sales. The payment operation is processed directly through Mercado Pago under a marketplace model.
The customer pays with Mercado Pago and the money is settled into the account linked to the operation, according to Mercado Pago's terms and settlement timeframes.
DVEM acts as the technology layer that connects the charge to the machine activation.
Each transaction may include Mercado Pago's own processing costs and DVEM's service commission, as informed in the current commercial agreement.
Can I share a device with someone else and split what it charges?
Yes. DVEM lets you add guests to a device and see the breakdown of each charge by percentage, giving you full transparency with those people.
Settlement is handled directly between you: DVEM does not manage that money, the charge still goes through Mercado Pago like any other transaction.
Can I monitor my machines in real time?
Yes. DVEM lets you view activity, operating status, and relevant events from connected machines through a management platform, helping reduce unnecessary visits and detect issues earlier.
What happens if the machine loses internet connectivity?
DVEM is designed to operate in real environments, where connectivity can vary or be interrupted.
It can operate over Wi-Fi and, additionally, with mobile connectivity to better adapt to wherever each machine is installed.
It also includes a manual activation mechanism using proximity cards. If the connection fails, the machine can keep operating manually until service is restored.
